  1. General Overview
    ReddyBook provides the users with an easy and secure platform to make their bets as well as experience online games. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to our mobile applications, web site and other associated services.

    When you use or access any ReddyBook service, then you will be under legal obligation by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other law or regulation, which is relevant to you. In case you do not accept any of the sections in these Terms, we suggest that you stop using our Services as soon as possible.
     

  2. Age Requirement
    ReddyBook is restricted to users aged 18 or legal gambling age in their jurisdiction. On creating an account, you are affirming that you are able to meet the minimum age requirement.

    ReddyBook can also ask to provide age verification documents at any moment. Any account that is discovered to be owned and run by a minor will be lifted or permanently suspended. 
     

  3. Account Registration
    Users are required to sign up and make a certified account before they can engage in Reddy Book activities. When registering, correct information should be entered i.e. full name, valid email address, and contact information.

    It is your personal duty to ensure that your login details and all the operations conducted by your account remain confidential. ReddyBook has the right to limit, block or cancel any account without giving a notice in case it is detected to be violating these Terms.
     

  4. User Responsibilities
    Your use of ReddyBook agrees that:
    Intend to use the Services with the purpose of their use being legal.
    Do not do anything that may cause harm or disrupt or act in such a way that it will be against the Services or the other users.
    Do not transmit viruses, spam or do any fraudulent act.
    Be respectful to the intellectual property and do not repeat defamation, obscenity, or copyrighted content.
    ReddyBook has the right to observe user behaviour and contents, entirely. Account termination or lawsuit in the proper case could be the result of any form of misconduct or violation.
     
  5. Betting and Gaming Policy
    Reddy Book Club provides its consumers with an opportunity to play sports games, casino games, and any other entertainment. These activities have financial risks associated with them.
    Through betting or playing games:
    You realize that you make all bets at your own peril.
    You take full responsibility of the losses that are made.
    You accept to play in a responsible manner and with money that you can afford to lose.
    You are not supposed to participate when you are drunk, under the influence of drugs or in emotional distress.
    ReddyBook encourages responsible gambling as well as making available self-exclusion and gambling assistance where needed.
     
  6. Promotions and Bonuses
    Registered users are occasionally provided with bonuses, rewards and promotional campaigns at ReddyBook. The offers have their own terms and eligibility conditions each is going to be made clear throughout the time the promotion takes place.
    Your attendance and participation implies that you will adhere to all the rules associated with it. Certain bonuses could be subject to betting requirements, to time restrictions, or restrictions on use.

    The ReddyBook platform has all the content, logos, designs, graphics, and trademarks, which are purely owned by ReddyBook or its licensors.
    You have access to the Services which is limited and non-transferable to use the Services on a personal and non-commercial basis. Replication, distribution, editing or duplication of any element of the content on the site without prior written agreement is highly forbidden.
     
  9. Limitation of Liability
    ReddyBook offers its Services as they exist and as they are available. Although we aim at providing accuracy and reliability we do not ensure constant access or reliability mistakes.
    In the fullest extent that is allowed by law, ReddyBook will not bear any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss as a result of the use of the Services – such as, but not limited to, the loss of profits, data or business opportunities.
     
  10. Indemnification
    You will indemnify and hold harmless ReddyBook, its affiliates, employees, and agents against any claims, losses or any legal costs in connection to your breach of these Terms or any abuse of the Services.

  11. Account Termination
    ReddyBook may suspend or cancel any account at its own discretion with /without any prior notice.
    At the time of termination, you will be denied access to your account and Services and money related to the violations of these Terms can be stolen.

  12. Updates to Terms
    ReddyBook can change or amend these Terms whenever it wishes without giving a notice. You must check them on a regular basis. Your use of our Services following any changes will mean that you have accepted our amended Terms.
     
  13. Governing Law
    These Terms are under the laws of Curacao. All disputes involving or surrounding the Services will be governed by the court of Curacao in exclusivity.
